Placing an Order

All orders placed are subject to confirmation and acceptance by EASYpH. Additions cannot be made to online orders once they have been confirmed

Order Cancellations

Any attempt to cancel an order must be made within 24 hours. Cancellations attempted after the order has been dispatched will result in the customer having to pay the shipping and handling charges on the package and the cost of shipping the package back. Cancellations may be communicated by telephone or email. Please have your order details with you.


PayPal is used for on-line orders, and accepted payment methods are credit card (Visa/MasterCard) and bankcard.

You may also print and complete the order form, and post it to us with your cheque/postal order, or fax it to us with your credit card details. Your order will ship only when your payment has been processed and approved.

Refunds Policy

We do not refund returned products so choose carefully. Authorised returns will result in a replacement product. Shipping charges are not refundable. Due to the health risks from tampering all products are considered to be sold on a ‘no return basis’.

Returns Policy

We offer a return policy on products that are:-
* Damaged in transit
* Incorrectly shipped
* Faulty product

Products damaged in transit should be returned to us within 7 days for a replacement. In the unlikely event that you receive products different to those you ordered (incorrectly shipped), please return the products to us for a replacement. If you ordered the wrong products, you are liable for all return costs. Where a product is faulty, we will replace it.

We will not accept any opened product for return unless the product is returnable under the express terms of this returns policy, a manufacturer’s warranty or other contract or statute.

Examples of conditions under which we would accept opened product are:-
* Damaged in transit product
* Product which develops a fault due to a cause occurring prior to purchase
* Product that could be considered to be of un-merchantable quality

Please note that events such as wilful damage, misuse, unauthorised repair or tampering with a product may prevent a product being accepted for return.

Return Procedure

You will need to supply the following information, most of which will be on your invoice.

* Name and contact details of original purchaser
* Our reference number
* Name of product to be returned
* Date on invoice
* Reason for return
* Your name and contact details

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that products are suitably packaged in order to prevent damage during return shipping.

A copy of the original invoice, or other proof of purchase, must be included with the returned product. The parcel should be sent to the following address:

For damaged in transit or incorrectly shipped product, we will refund your shipping costs. We recommend that products returned by post be sent by registered or certified mail. EASYpH accepts no responsibility for loss or damage occurring in transit on return to us. If a product is not returnable under this returns policy, and is not returned to us in the original unopened packaging, it may be returned to you at your cost. Some products may need to be returned to the manufacturer for testing. If your product is in full working condition or any defects or damage can be shown to have been caused after you took delivery of the product, it will be returned to you and you will be invoiced for the freight costs associated with the return. These invoiced amounts will be payable by you within 30 days of receipt of invoice.

Unless stated otherwise under this returns policy, any manufacturer’s warranty or other contact or statute, EASYpH reserves the right to refuse any returns that:
* are incomplete or missing parts; or
* are not returned in their original packaging,
* show signs of damage to the product/packaging.

Please note that events such as wilful damage, misuse, unauthorised repair or tampering with a product may prevent a product being accepted for return. Where a product is returned because you believe it is faulty and the fault cannot be observed by our internal testing, the product may need to be tested by the manufacturer. In such cases, the testing process may result in delays of up to 28 days before we can determine whether replacement will be issued.

Where we are responsible for issuing a replacement product, it will be sent to you promptly at our cost.
