- Orders are delivered within Australia by Australia Post. Bulk orders may be sent by courier.

- Post and handling charges are calculated based on Australia Post current rates. EASYpH reserves the right to alter this fee if the website calculation deviates significantly from the real shipping price. Higher postage will be charged for large orders.
- Customers are responsible for paying any freight charges incurred from a refused shipment and unclaimed goods. Depending on the delivery arrangements, the cost for any re-delivery attempts will be passed to the customers if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery.
- Customers are responsible for paying freight charges for re-delivery where the customer has provided EASYpH with an incorrect address.
- EASYpH will make every effort to deliver on time and to surpass your expectations for customer service.
- Customers are responsible to have someone at the delivery address to sign for and accept the delivery of a parcel. If a delivery attempt has been made to an unoccupied address, then the order will be taken to the local Post Office for pickup. No further attempts will be made to deliver directly to the delivery address.
- Delivery times exclude EASYpH’s order processing time. We ship Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. Your order will be posted within two business days of completion and payment.
- In rural and regional areas of Australia, delivery to final destinations may take longer. If in doubt please check with your local Post Office.
We are based in Bondi Junction, NSW. Our office is generally attended 9am-5pm weekdays. You’re welcome to visit if you prefer to collect and pay for your EASYpH products in person. Please call ahead if you’re collecting bulk orders, so we can be sure to have everything ready for you.
